Make It
Step 1
Heat sugar in a small saucepan until melted and caramel colored. Pour into a flan mold; tilt the mold to cover bottom and side.
Step 2
Place Abuelita Chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and eggs in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pour mixture into flan mold; cover tightly with foil. Fill a pressure cookier with water to 1-inch depth. Place flan mold into pressure cooker. Cook for 20 minutes. Let cool; unmold. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
You can accompany it with red fruits.
Serve with chocolate liquid with red fruits.
