Mix evaporated milk, egg, butter and pancake flour in a bowl.
Step 2
Spray waffle maker with cooking spray and heat according to manufacturer's directions. Pour in some of the waffle batter; top with some pieces of Abuelita Chocolate. Cook until lightly golden.
