Step 1
Combine water, bouillon, mole and Abuelita Chocolate in a medium saucepan; heat until slightly thickened and set aside.
Step 2
Place a little panela cheese inside the tortillas; roll up.
Step 3
Serve enmoladas covered with hot mole; sprinkle with Manchego cheese and onion and drizzle with Media Crema.
