Step 1
Mix 2 cups hot water with the orange gelatin until dissolved; pour into a lightly greased gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
Step 2
For the chocolate gelatin, heat evaporated milk, 1 1/2 cups water and the ABUELITA® Chocolate in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the dissolved unflavored gelatin; stir in and let cool to room temperature without setting. Pour the chocolate gelatin into the mold with the orange gelatin and refrigerate until completely set.
Step 3
Unmold the gelatin onto a serving plate; garnish with mint leaves and serve.
