Make It
Step 1
Heat 1 can evaporated milk, 1 cup water and Abuelita chocolate in a saucepan; mix until chocolate is dissolved. Mix in dissolved unflavored gelatin. Pour into a gelatin mold; refrigerate until set.
Step 2
Heat remaining can evaporated milk and remaining 1 1/2 cups water in a saucepan; mix in eggnog-flavored gelatin until dissolved. Cool to room temperature without setting the gelatin. Remove chocolate gelatin from refrigerator; top with eggnog gelatin and refrigerate until completely set.
Step 3
Unmold gelatin; garnish with mint leaves and serve.
