Make It
Step 1
Place 1 cup Abuelita granulated chocolate, water and evaporated milk in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Fill the 5-ounce glasses halfway; place a shot glass on the mixture and press in lightly. Cover with foil; freeze for 2 hours.
Step 2
Mix remaining cup of Abuelita granulated chocolate with media crema. Remove the shot glasses; fill the holes with media crema mixture.
Step 3
Cover glasses with foil; insert a wooden stick in the center of each. Freeze for 2 more hours. Unmold and serve.
