Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450° F. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Bring water, butter, sugar and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in flour until incorporated. Remove from heat; cool batter slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition with a hand mixer. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets; bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Reduce temperature to 325° F. Continue baking for an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cut off tops and set aside. Remove loose strands of dough to create inner cavity.
Step 4
Place Abuelita and evaporated milk in small saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute or until sauce is smooth.
Step 5
Pipe or spoon in whipped cream; replace tops. Top with chocolate sauce and fresh fruit.
