Make It

Step 1

Place Abuelita granulated chocolate, evaporated milk, mole sauce and bouillon in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and heat for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Place tortilla chips on a serving platter. Cover chips with the sauce; top with chicken.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cheese and onion; drizzle media crema over the top.
