Make It
Step 1
Place Abuelita Chocolate, evaporated milk and 2 cups water in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. With the blender still running, add one batch of dissolved gelatin. Pour mixture into a greased gelatin mold; refrigerate until set.
Step 2
Combine horchata concentrate, remaining 2 cups water and remaining batch of dissolved gelatin. Pour into mold with the chocolate gelatin; refrigerate until firm.
Step 3
Unmold and serve.
