Make It
Step 1
Melt chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly, until chocolate is smooth.
Step 2
Add 1 heaping tablespoon melted chocolate into each mold (12 total). Spread the chocolate around mold covering it completely with the back of a spoon or small rubber spatula.
Step 3
Invert the mold and place on a parchment lined surface and wiggle gently to remove excess chocolate.
Step 4
Flip the mold over chocolate-side-up and clean any excess chocolate away from edge top.
Step 5
Freeze for 10 minutes.
Step 6
In a small bowl mix cinnamon, chili powder and 7 tablespoons NESTLÉ® ABUELITA™ Granulated Chocolate Drink Mix. Set aside.
Step 7
Remove chocolate molds from freezer and gently remove chocolate from molds.
Step 8
Fill 6 chocolate sphere halves with 1 heaping tablespoon ABUELITA Chocolate and cinnamon-chili mixture.
Step 9
Place a plate in the microwave for 1 minute or until hot.
Step 10
Remove plate from microwave and place the bottom of empty sphere on hot plate to slightly melt the chocolate, then top melted edge on top of a filled chocolate sphere to seal.
Step 11
Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over top of chocolate bombs with a piping bag, then sprinkle all chocolate bombs with 1 tablespoon each NESTLÉ® ABUELITA™ Granulated Chocolate Drink Mix.
Step 12
Place back in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to seal.
Step 13
Pour 1 cup hot milk over Abuelita Chocolate Bomb; mix until melted and enjoy.
