Make It
Step 1
Place almonds, peanuts, tomatoes, water, chipotle chili, bouillon and Abuelita Chocolate in a blender; cover. Blend well. Heat sauce in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking.
Step 2
Coat chicken with the mole; garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
To peel almonds, immerse them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and remove skin by rubbing them with a towel.
