Step 1
Spray 5-quart slow cooker bottom and sides generously with nonstick cooking spray. Place evaporated milk, oats, water, apples, Abuelita chocolate and honey in slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Cook on low for 2 ½ to 3 hours or until oats are tender. Serve immediately topped with additional honey or berries or place in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Once cooled, oatmeal may stick. When reheating, add additional milk to desired consistency.
