Make It
Step 1
Heat 12 cups water in a large pot over medium heat. Add turkey legs, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover; cook for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Place Abuelita chocolate, mole, 2 cups water and bouillon in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into a pot with two cups broth from turkey legs and mix. Add the turkey legs; cook for 15 minutes over medium heat or until slightly thickened.
Step 3
Serve with mole and rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
