Make It
Step 1
Cook meat in enough water and chicken broth to cover in a large pot. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil over low heat in a large saucepan; cook chiles, tomatoes, bolillo, ABUELITA Chocolate, bouillon, pepper, cloves, cinnamon stick and bay leaves, stirring frequently. Add water and heat through. Remove from heat; discard cinnamon stick and bay leaves. Place mixture in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Return to saucepan.
Step 3
Add meat to blended mixture; add cooking broth if needed. Season mixture; bring to a boil. Serve with white rice.
