Ingredients
- ●1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- ●5 large eggs
- ●1 cup corn oil
- ●1/2 cup granulated sugar
- ●2 cups pancake flour
- ●10 (0.63 ounces each) NESTLÉ® CARLOS V® Milk Chocolate Style Bars, melted
- ●2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature
- ●4 tablespoons butter, softened
- ●8 (0.63 ounces each) NESTLÉ® CARLOS V® Milk Chocolate Style Bars, melted
- ●1 cup sliced strawberries
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a 10-inch-round cake pan. Beat evaporated milk, eggs, oil, sugar, flour and 10 melted Carlos V Chocolate bars. Pour the mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Unmold and let cool.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese, butter and 8 melted Carlos V Chocolate bars until well mixed. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Spread frosting over cake until completely covered; garnish with strawberries.
