Ingredients
- ●1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- ●5 large eggs
- ●1 cup vegetable oil
- ●2 cups pancake flour
- ●9 (0.63 ounces each) NESTLÉ® CARLOS V® Milk Chocolate Style Bars, chopped, divided
- ●2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ●1/2 cup powdered sugar
- ●1/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix evaporated milk, eggs, oil, pancake flour and 5 chopped bars of CARLOS V Milk Chocolate in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour mixture into a cupcake pan with paper or foil liners. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and cool.
Step 3
Beat heavy cream until it doubles in volume; gradually add powdered sugar and baking cocoa. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Decorate the cupcakes with frosting and sprinkle with remaining chopped CARLOS V® Milk Chocolate. Enjoy.
