After decades of perfecting Hot Pockets, we’ve achieved a breakthrough that allowed us to remove the sleeve, while delivering an even better tasting product. By eliminating the sleeve, we’re reducing 3,300 tons of waste and improving our product by giving you more of what you love, like 30% more pepperoni.
Do any Hot Pockets still come with a sleeve?
No. Beginning in June 2024, all Hot Pockets will be sleeve-free!
Should I save my sleeves to use on a new product?
No! Hot Pockets are now developed to be used without a microwave sleeve.
What are the sustainability benefits of removing the microwave sleeve from Hot Pockets?
By removing the microwave sleeve from all Hot Pockets products, we’re eliminating 3,300 tons of paper waste annually. That’s over 6.6 million pounds; the equivalent of 550 elephants!
