Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Roll out puff pastry with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Line a tart mold with the pastry and prick the dough with a fork so it doesn't puff up. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Mix dulce de leche, media crema, eggs and walnuts together. Pour half of the mixture into the puff pastry and top with a layer of banana slices. Pour the rest of the mixture over the bananas and top with remaining banana slices.

Step 3

Bake for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean; serve warm.
