Make It
Step 1
Cut the baked cake in half and place one of the halves inside a mold. Reserve the other half.
Step 2
Blend coffee mixture, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, media crema and Nesquik® on high speed for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour half of the mixture over the cake in the mold; let set for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Top with the second cake half. Poke holes in the cake with a fork. Pour the other half of the mixture over the cake and refrigerate.
Step 5
Combine the sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Step 6
Beat the cream for 1 minute in a bowl. Without stopping beating, gradually add the cocoa mixture.
Step 7
Cover the cake with the cream and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
