Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2

Place butter, powdered sugar, cornstarch and flour in a bowl. Mix by hand to form a dough. Let stand for about 1 hour.

Step 3

Roll out dough with a rolling pin and cut small circles using a round cookie cutter.

Step 4

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Let cookies cool; fill with dulce de leche. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
