Make It
Step 1
Spray large (8- to 10-cup) Bundt pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Step 2
Combine hot water and lemon gelatin in a large bowl; mix until completely dissolved.
Step 3
Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over lemon gelatin mixture; whisk constantly until dissolved.
Step 4
Add sweetened condensed milk; whisk until combined. Stir in cold water. Stir in sliced strawberries.
Step 5
Pour gelatin mixture into prepared Bundt pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Step 6
To serve, pull gelatin gently from edges with fingers. Place serving dish upside down over Bundt pan. Gently shake to loosen. Invert onto serving dish. Garnish with additional berries in center, if desired.
