Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 24-cup mini-muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in a medium bowl. Combine egg, milk, oil and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until combined.
Step 3
Spoon a slightly rounded measuring teaspoon of batter into each cup. Top with 1/2 teaspoon dulce de leche, then another teaspoon batter.
Step 4
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan. Run a knife around edges and remove donuts.
Step 5
Microwave remaining dulce de leche in a small bowl until soft. Place nuts in a second small bowl. Dip tops of donut holes in dulce de leche; dip into nuts.
