Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Spray a loaf pan with a little oil and cover with breadcrumbs; place the pieces of bread inside and set aside. Mix the NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk with the eggs, vanilla extract, and NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Dulce de Leche.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the pan, covering the bread. Add the walnuts and bake at 350 °F for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 4
Remove the pudding from the oven, let it cool, and unmold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
If you prefer a softer crust, use flour to coat the loaf pan. You can substitute the walnuts with almonds.
