Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat butter until creamy; add sweetened condensed milk, eggs one at a time, flour, baking powder, 1 ½ cups grated coconut and evaporated milk.
Step 2
Fill a cupcake tin with paper liners. Pour batter to 3/4 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean; let cool.
Step 3
Cut the wafers in the shape of ears and set aside. Cover surface of cupcakes with a little yogurt. Place the wafers to simulate the ears. Cover cupcakes with coconut; use chocolate chips for eyes and red candies for the nose.
