Whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 7 to 10 minutes or until mixture coats the back of a wooden spoon. Do not allow mixture to boil. Remove from heat; serve warm with rum or topped with whipped cream, if desired.
Eggnog thickens as it cools. To thin the consistency, add milk.
