Step 1

Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon peel in medium bowl until combined; fold in whipped topping.

Step 2

Divide mixture between crusts. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with additional lemon peel, if desired.

Cook’s Tip:

Create a parfait! Simply layer lemon filling with 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers in individual glasses. Or, make a frozen lemon cloud pie. Double the filling and spoon into a 9-inch (6 ounces) prepared graham cracker crust. Cover and freeze for several hours or until firm.
