Make It
Step 1
For the crust, mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until fully combined. Line the bottom of a 8.5-inch pastry ring with aluminum foil and the sides with acetate, then place it on a baking sheet. Pour the cookie mixture into the ring and press down to form a base; refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
For the filling, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add NESTLÉ® Media Crema and NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, mixing until fully combined. Gradually add half of the dissolved gelatin and mix well. Pour the mixture over the cookie base and refrigerate until fully set.
Step 3
Unmold the cheesecake, and garnish with strawberries, blackberries, and mint leaves; enjoy.
You can dissolve the unflavored gelatin in the microwave. You can substitute Maria cookies with chocolate cookies.
