Make It
Step 1
For the tres leches gelatin, blend the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, NESTLÉ® Media Crema, NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, and with the blender running, gradually add the 4 envelopes of dissolved unflavored gelatin. Pour into a greased ring mold and refrigerate until set.
Step 2
For the peach gelatin, dissolve the peach-flavored gelatin and 1 ½ envelopes of dissolved unflavored gelatin in the hot water until completely integrated. Let it cool without setting.
Step 3
Remove the tres leches gelatin from the refrigerator, loosen the edges of the mold, and pour the peach gelatin around the edges. Refrigerate until set. Unmold, and decorate with strawberries; enjoy.
If you don’t want to melt the gelatin in a double boiler, you can do it in the microwave in 15-second intervals. You can substitute the peach gelatin with orange gelatin.
