Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Step 2

Place butter in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on medium speed until creamy. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Decrease mixer speed to low and add eggs. When eggs have been incorporated, add flour and baking powder and increase speed to medium. Add Coffee mate natural bliss Creamer and vanilla extract and mix until batter is mixed well.

Step 3

Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle pecans on top.

Step 4

Bake for 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
