Step 1
Combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk and 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon in a large bowl; set aside.
Step 2
Whip cream in small mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream gently into pumpkin mixture. Spoon or pipe mousse into 6 individual glasses; refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with additional ground cinnamon; serve immediately.
