This quick fudge sauce is made unique by the addition of fragrant Café de Olla. This sauce will make any treat extra special. It is perfect for drizzling over ice cream, cake or fruit.

Make It

Step 1

Combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate in medium, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute. Stir with wire whisk until smooth.

Step 2

Combine water and coffee granules in small bowl; stir until dissolved. Stir into chocolate mixture along with vanilla extract and salt.

Step 3

Drizzle over ice cream, sundaes, angel food cake or sliced fruit.
