Step 1
Heat the water with the cinnamon stick, and once it starts boiling, add the rice. Cook for 20 minutes over high heat or until the rice is tender.
Step 2
Pour in the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk and NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk; mix and continue cooking over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Step 3
Serve warm or cold, garnish with the raisins, ground cinnamon, and mint leaves.
You can add apple cubes. You can substitute raisins with cranberries.
