Make It

Step 1

Place 4 cups strawberries, water and sugar in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a large saucepan and heat for 5 minutes. Stir in gelatin mixture with the 3 envelopes of gelatin and a few drops of food coloring.

Step 2

Place sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, Media Crema and cream cheese in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. With the blender running, gradually add gelatin mixture with the 4 envelopes of gelatin. Let stand to thicken up.

Step 3

Lightly grease a gelatin mold. Pour milk gelatin mixture into mold. Gradually spoon strawberry mixture in and form swirls. Refrigerate until set. Unmold and garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
