Make It
Step 1
Lightly grease a quarter sheet pan or 13 x 9-inch baking dish; set aside.

Combine the white chocolate chips and tahini in a large, microwave-safe bowl; microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is completely smooth (about 3 minutes total).
Step 3
Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, salt and sesame oil; pour the mixture into prepared sheet pan. Spread evenly and smooth with a spatula; sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
