Preparation Instructions
Step 1
Combine 3 cups of hot water and 1 cup of milk in a large saucepan. Add contents of packet. Mix well until dissolved.
Step 2
Heat over high heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Step 3
Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
Add chopped fresh cilantro or parsley or a drizzle of evaporated milk before serving
