Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic and green chili pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add white parts of green onions, mushrooms, pepper and salt to taste and stir fry for 5 minutes more.
Step 2
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce and green parts of green onions. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add crumbled bouillon cubes and mix well.
Step 3
Serve hot.
