Ingredients: 8 ounces ground pork; 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs; 1 cup NESTLÉ® Media Crema; 2 applesfinely chopped; 1/4 cup raisins; 1 tablespoon yellow mustard; 2 tablespoons pineapple preserves; 1 (12 pounds) raw whole turkey; 2 tablespoons buttermelted; 1 tablespoon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon; 1 tablespoon dried oregano; 1 tablespoon dried parsley; 1 tablespoon dried thyme; 1/2 tablespoon onion powder; 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

Step 1

Combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, media crema, apples and raisins in a bowl; set aside.

Step 2

Mix mustard and preserves in a bowl; set aside.

Step 3

Combine butter, bouillon, oregano, parsley, thyme, onion powder and garlic powder in a bowl. Spread over entire turkey. Fill turkey cavity with stuffing mixture. Tie legs with kitchen twine. Place turkey on a large baking sheet; cover with foil. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour. Remove foil; spread mustard mixture over turkey. Bake for 30 more minutes or until golden brown.
