Step 1
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat; add onion, garlic and carrot and cook for 6 minutes. Stir in oregano, cumin and chili powder. Add ground beef and mix well with the vegetables, stirring to break into small pieces. Add lentils, water and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add peas and spinach; cook, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes. Add bouillon mixture and cook for 5 more minutes.
