Make It
Step 1
Combine chicken, cornstarch, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon cilantro, 1 tablespoon mint and 1 tablespoon masala chili sauce in large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken mixture and spread in a single layer in the skillet.
Step 3
Cook chicken, without stirring, for 2 minutes. Turn chicken; cook for 2 more minutes. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 more minute until lightly golden.
Step 4
Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, remaining tablespoon cilantro and remaining tablespoon mint. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until slightly softened.
Step 5
Add remaining 2 tablespoons masala chili sauce and lime juice. Mix well.
Step 6
Transfer to bowl and serve with warm naan.
