Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes; cook, stirring frequently, for 30 seconds. Add broccolini; cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Step 2
Add water and bouillon; cover. Cook for 6 minutes or until tender.
Step 3
Stir in lemon juice and lemon peel; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
