Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F. Place bell pepper and garlic on a baking sheet; drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Place cooked bell pepper, garlic, almonds, lemon juice, cumin, paprika and seasoning sauce in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pour into a serving bowl; garnish with remaining tablespoon oil, sesame seeds and chives. Serve with chips.
