Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet or wok; cook chicken strips until golden brown. Add bell pepper and ginger and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add green onions and curry; cook for 1 minute.

Mix boiling water and coconut milk powder in a measuring cup until smooth; add to skillet and mix well. Bring to a gentle boil for 5 minutes, adding the peas for the last 3 minutes. Stir in Maggi Seasoning and fish sauce.
