Step 1
Place cottage cheese, Media Crema, onion salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Spread a little of the cottage cheese mixture on the bagels; fill bagels with spinach, bacon, tomatoes, avocado and egg.
