MAKE IT
Step 1
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and herb seasoning; cook for 1 minute. Add wine; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are golden brown.
Step 3
Add media crema; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
