MAKE IT
Step 1
Mix water, salt, onion powder, bouillon, potato flakes and butter in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Place mixture in a microwave-safe casserole dish.
Step 2
Mix Media Crema, parsley and cheese in a small bowl. Pour over potato mixture. Microwave for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
