MAKE IT
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
Step 2
Cut bell peppers into quarters and remove the seeds. Place on baking pan with onion and garlic. Toss with tomato paste, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the tops of the peppers are starting to brown.
Remove from oven; set aside to cool.
Step 4
Place everything from the pan into a food processor. Process for a couple of minutes until smooth.
Step 5
Transfer to bowl; stir in Media Crema. Check seasoning and add more if desired. Enjoy!
