MAKE IT
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat the egg whites until they are fluffy and firm. While beating, add the egg yolks until completely blended.
Step 2
Blend sweetened condensed milk, NESTLÉ® Media Crema, sweet potato and cinnamon. Add the beaten egg mixture little by little, mixing with a spatula from the outside to the inside, until just incorporated.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into greased individual custard cups, filling only 3/4 full. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
Fill the molds only ¾ full to prevent the souffle from coming out when baking.
