DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
Step 2
Add MILO and salt; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. It is important to stir constantly to prevent burning.
Step 3
Place mixture on a buttered plate and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 4
Once mixture is cold, grease your hands with butter and roll the brigadeiros into 16 balls (about 1/2 tablespoon per ball).
Step 5
Coat brigadeiros with sprinkles; place in paper or foil candy cups.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy.
