DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325° F. Line square baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Use a blender to reduce the MILO to a fine powder, then add the agave and honey.
Step 3
Combine cereal, oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cranberries and almonds in a large bowl.
Step 4
Stir in MILO and honey mixture.
Step 5
Add egg; stir to combine. Stir in the oil.
Step 6
Press mixture firmly into prepared baking pan.
Step 7
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until set.
Step 8
Let cool completely. Carefully lift out of baking pan and cut into 10 bars.
