Step 1
Place flour, MILO, evaporated milk, water, butter, baking soda and egg in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat; coat with a little oil. Pour pancake mixture into skillet in small amounts. Cook for 3 minutes per side.
Step 3
Serve pancakes with chopped fruit and honey.
